As a member of our production team, you participate in the assembly process of the next generation of our industrial 3D printers. You will report directly to the Production Team Leader and Head of Production.

Duties and responsibilities:
Actively participate in production

Support leadership

Assist and monitor inventory control

Ensure production targets are met on time

Enforce a high standard of organization and cleanliness

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent

Collegial, vocational or technical training an asset

First Aid Certified, an asset

Required skills, knowledge, and experience:
Minimum of 6 months of recent work in manufacturing or similar assembly environment

Must be able to lift loads up to 50 lbs

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Proficient with basic hand tools

Experience with mechanical assembly tasks

Experience with wiring and crimping systems

Experience with FDM 3D Printers (an asset)

Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production issues

Able to identify opportunities to optimize production through continuous improvements

Able to communicate, and work within a small team

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment. This is not your typical 9-5 job; we look for candidates that are available to work overtime and respond to production demands.
