The District Manager will oversee multiple Analog café’s, leading and collaborating with Café Managers to achieve our quality, hospitality, and sales goals. District Managers are an important link between the Analog café’s and the Fratello Group, working to create a consistent guest and team experiences across the district. Our District Managers are energized by being in the café’s and encourage collaborative and hospitality focused environments. Most importantly, Analog’s District Manager understands that people are our greatest asset and is committed to their growth, development, and job satisfaction. They always ensure people development is a step ahead of company growth.

The role of District Manager includes managing P&L statements, regional and café planning, competitive analysis, recruiting and developing management teams, and updating/creating process and training materials.

You will be working collaboratively with both the Quality Assurance Manager – Analog and the Quality Assurance Manager – Fratello to maintain Analog’s quality standards at all café’s

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail, food and beverage or hospitality management, including managing multiple stores, departments or units, P&L, operations, and customer service.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit goals.
  • Proven people management skills including resolving conflict, coaching,and developing others, promoting team work and performance management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to changes as business needs change.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,and POS systems.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, may require weekends and evenings.
  • Minimum High School education.
  • Additional management and/or business training is a benefit.
