MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Amica at Aspen Woods

( Full-Time)

You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment in the building and the suites, the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds, and to follow the Amica Brand preventative maintenance program. Additional responsibilities include monthly Life Safety Audits, WHIMIS and Fire Training.

You possess basic knowledge of painting, general equipment repairs, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs, as well as heating and air-conditioning systems. Have work hands on with fire drills and contractor management. A minimum of five years experience working in a similar environment is preferred. A valid Driver’s License would be an asset. You must be available to deal with after-hour emergencies at the community. You will be an active member of the community safety committee. Qualifications:
Certified Training within OH&S.
Building Operators Certification or similar training.
Fluent with Microsoft Office Word / Excel.
Can do attitude and ready to deliver a 5 star experience.
Physically and mentally able to carry out the duties of a high demand position.
