This position reports to the Manager, Corporate Relations

Administrative team support for United Way and MADD corporation campaigns as well as town hall communication sessions, Corporate Holiday e-card program, Allstate Foundation, and Corporate Relations.

•Financial book-keeping and accounting of proceeds from various fundraisers for United Way campaign.
•Maintain and update database of prizes and merchandise used during the campaign.
•Event set-up support and logistics – selling raffle tickets, poster set up, setting up prize displays.
•Clerical duties such as: counting, sorting, filing, putting together mail-out packages.

Qualifications and Experience:

•Minimum 3 years experience in an Administrative assistant position.
•Proficiency in Office 2010, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
•Excellent time management and prioritization skills
•Ability to prioritize and Multi task
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must
•Able to work independently in a fast pace environment
