Job Description Reporting to the Canada Country Manager, the Canada PMO Manager will be responsible to manage multiples parallel projects. The individual will have to respect the schedule, the cost and the scope of the project in order to satisfy internals and externals clients as well as DiCentral management. He will be the focal point between the projects managers, the others departments and the management. He will have to monitor the progress of his team and communicate the results using different channels.

Roles and Responsibilities – Human resources o Manage a team of project managers o Hire o Proceed to the evaluation of employees o Achieve employees and company satisfaction objectives o Assign projects – Project portfolio o Update et control information regarding the project portfolio o Produce reports related to company objectives  Project costs  Planned costs VS actual costs  Run time  Etc… o Validate the kick-off presentation and project plan for every project o Attend kick-off meeting for every project o Manage crisis and escalations and define short-term solutions – Project management office o Participate to the creation and improvement of project management templates o Participate to the creation and improvement of project management process o Offer a support to the company for Primavera and MS Project o Assure quality control in project management methodology o Train and support project managers – Project management o Management of some important projects – Objectives o Define, apply and control departmental OKR and KPI supporting company objectives  Quality  Rapidity  Efficiency  Human resources o Generate reports for every KPI – Support commercial initiatives – Provide high level estimations – Participate to define re-usable solutions in line with the targeted architecture Resource Profile Personality Type – Proactive – Autonomous – Decision-making skill (able to say no) – Client focus with business always in mind – Problem-solving ability – Open to learn new concepts, tools and technologies – Focus on continuous improvement – Capable to work under pressure – Team worker – Good communication skills (spoken and written) – Capable to multitask Requirements – Bilingual (English and French) – Flexible working hours based on projects – Proficient with MS project or Primavera and at least one project management methodology Experience – Essential: 5 to 10 years of experience as project manager – Important: Experience in application development – Important: Experience in supply chain processes – Asset: Experience as a PMO Manager – Asset: Former analyst and developer – Asset: Experience in EDI business Education – Bachelor in Business administration with major in organizational systems, information technology or procurement & logistic – Bachelor in computer science – PMP certification
