ABOUT THE AIR MILES REWARD PROGRAM MARKETING TEAM
The Marketing team is a team of approximately 30 individuals responsible for the Segment, Digital, Brand and Promotions Marketing channels for the AIR MILES Reward Program, including direct mail, magazine, airmiles.ca, airmilesshops.ca, email, mobile, social media, brand management and promotions. This dynamic and fast-paced environment provides the opportunity to contribute to Marketing campaigns and strategies while learning invaluable skills such as campaign execution, project management, and the ability to work in cross-functional/multi-level teams.
Working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment, we expect that you will contribute to the organization’s strategies while learning invaluable skills such as functional expertise, project management, ability to work in cross-functional/multi-level teams and process improvement. Deliver and execute Marketing campaigns on time and on budget, demonstrating flexibility in approach and balancing efficiency and respect for process.
Work with cross-functional teams as required to deliver on assigned projects
Work with Agencies to build and deliver creative that drives successful results
Leverage data and results on consumer behaviour to drive insights and recommendations where appropriate
Conduct industry research and analysis to evaluate market trends and consider future opportunities for the business
Excellent interpersonal skills, written, oral and general communications skills
Ability to analyze data insights and provide insights and recommendations where appropriate
Strong attention to detail with ability to see big picture
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects while delivering on schedule and on budget
Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for innovation
Self-starter with strong work ethic

Bachelor of Commerce or Arts degree in progress
