Algorithme Pharma, an Altasciences company, is an internationally recognized Contract Research Organization (CRO). We conduct over 200 clinical trials annually in Phase I/IIa, Bioequivalence and Bioanalysis with the participation of over 5,000 participants. In other words, we conduct trials for new drugs or new combinations of drugs, new devices, or new ways to use existing treatments. We are currently looking for a Communication Specialist to join our team.

The Communications Specialist will be responsible for ensure that all elements of internal communications are delivered within the organization, from drafting the communications strategy according to the company’s business strategy, to executing on reminders, memos, executive emails, contests, fundraisers, marketing material and presentations.
•Prepare strategic communication plan for the company, which ensures that information is relayed consistently throughout the organization and stimulates employee engagement on company initiatives; •Manage requests for internal communications and partner with stakeholders on content development and implementation ;
•Act as key resource for B2B and Volunteer Recruitment Marketing teams in developing creative and innovative tools and campaigns;
•Work with marketing to publish timely company information, such as memos and company directives;
•Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision and objectives;
•Measure and present results of communication efforts; •Develop and manage a communication calendar and adjust strategic communication plan as needed;
•Make recommendations regarding type and content of communications to destined for employees;
•Partner with stakeholders on release of communications to align with company events or initiatives.
•Support ideas with research and experience;
•Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organization and education;
•Edit, work with graphic designer and other team members, and coordinate printing of internal publications;
•Translate French >English / English >French and/or coordinate with external translation services according to urgency, length and business priorities;
•Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field;
•5-7 years of experience in corporate communications and/or marketing;
•Project Management •Research skills
•Collaboration with different levels of the organization
•Strong verbal and written French/English;
•Experience with Microsoft Office software;
•Print and web design experience (an asset);
•Excellent communicator and strategic thinker;
•Able to organize and plan during crisis/urgent situations;
