General Summary: Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers. This is a commissions based position. Percentage can be negotiated.

Job Purpose: To drive sales through existing and potential clients through phone and internet communications. Increase awareness of products and services through client consultations and customer support. Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.

2. Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. Maintain record of all client consultations/servicing, whether potential or existing. This includes phone inquiries in regards to classes and services.

3. Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.

4. Place orders for current clients through existing channels, and ensure that order is placed, received, and accounted for with all participating parties. Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, make aware of support channels, and increase product knowledge at client level.

5. Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.

6. Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities. Increase sales through email and phone outreach and follow-ups.

7. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

8. Create and organize in-house marketing events and educational seminars.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess minimum 3 years in sales experience in the beauty and services industry. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software. Valid driver’s license.

**RENUMERATION BASIS POSITION, negotiable on experience.
