This Administrative Support position plays an integral role in the organization and development of the support for logistics of CIS Connect Care program. This position is responsible for the booking of flights, hotels, equipment, room bookings and any other administrative work as required for travel and meetings purposes of Alberta Health Services staff. Our clients’ reservation requirements span traditional range of domestic and international flight, hotel and transportation bookings as well as managing group/meeting travel support. There is also a requirement to process claims and do reporting.

High School Diploma. One year related experience performing complex administration tasks (preferably in a healthcare related field). Responsive to client needs, have the ability to operate with a sense of urgency. Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills. Professional decorum is mandatory both with internal and external communications. Self-Starter and works well in collaborative, team environment.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent.
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent. Knowledge of reporting, SharePoint, strong knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel. Preference will be given to candidates with AHS experience. Secretarial/communications/customer care training would be an asset.
