The PC Center associate will establish strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service, which will include: tinting and mixing product to customer specifications, timely and in full order processing and the ability to assist customers with product and/or application questions.
Establish and maintain excellent customer service levels.
Provide advice on various products and application.
Ensure store standards are maintained-keeping the store clean, well merchandised and properly stocked to appropriate levels.
100% compliance with the Corporate HSE initiative to ensure zero lost time. High school graduate
1-5 years sales experience; preferably specific to protective coatings, technical or specification sales
1-5 years retail management experience; preferably specific to protective coatings, technical or specification sales.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
It is possible that the conditions may necessitate wearing a respirator or other personal protective equipment (PPE). If the employee is exposed in the store location to paint, noise, dust, odors, and/or other possible elements, then it is his responsibility to notify both his supervisor and HSE&S so that his work may be assessed for risk and the appropriate training, medical evaluation, and PPE may be provided.
Loading and unloading of store deliveries, customer orders and stocking of shelves.
Must know environmental, health, and safety regulations and how to spot issues.
