Location: Ajah’s laid-back office at 1124 rue Marie-Anne Est in the Plateau Mont-Royal
Position: Full-time internship (leading to permanent employment)
Compensation: $24K annual salary + free lunches

We’re looking for someone fun and, above all resourceful. The most important thing is that you like figuring out stuff yourself and can learn quickly. We know that your GPA isn’t the only indicator of intelligence, so anyone who is smart and motivated should apply.

Over the course of this position, you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of the non-profit sector, fundraising, sales and marketing (and other stuff too!). We always prefer to promote from within the company, so we’re looking for someone that is interested in starting a career with us .

What you’ll be doing:
As part of your job, you’ll be calling the leaders of nonprofits across Canada and helping them use Fundtracker to raise more money for the amazing work they do in our communities.

Your responsibilities:

• calling charity directors across Canada

• getting prospective clients excited about Fundtracker PRO

• updating CRM records

• working with the Sales Director to help improve Ajah’s sales process

Your skills:

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
• Cold-call experience and knowledge of nonprofits & fundraising are assets.
