Attend boarding gates and assist pre-boarding passengers; Assign seats, prepare boarding passes and check baggage; Work with minimal supervision; Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages; Prepare and issue tickets and receipts; Reserve seats for general public, travel agencies and tour companies; Help customers plan travel time and routes; Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying); Make, cancel and change flight reservations; Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments; Provide customer service; Assist clients/guests with special needs Experience
Will train Baggage and Cargo Agent Specific Skills
Maintain work records and logs; Calculate transportation, insurance and other costs of cargo items; Trace missing baggage and/or cargo shipments Business Equipment and Computer Applications
