Position:
Service Supervisor to Manage Logistics and Materials

Produce and analyze departmental reports

Participates in continuous improvement activities by reviewing, changing, and improving processes in line with changing customer expectations/organizational goals.

Monitors the status of open repairs with workshop technicians; addresses issues that impact completion of the repair plan in the time quoted to customers.

Manages service logistics including use of materials, equipment, and employees; ensures that equipment is in proper working order and that needed tools are available to Service Technicians.

Manage and grow the service business in a manner that ensures productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction and enlarges the customer base

Ensure good relationships with customers as well as build relationships with potential customers

Answer technical questions for customers and technicians

Resolve technical problems

Ensure all work is conducted according to safety standards

Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with ISO procedures

Process/verify work orders, invoices, reports using BMS

Ensure verification and documentation of warranty work

Verify employee time card information

Control departmental expenses

Monitors goals and targets for the department; measures, reviews, and maintains superior customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

Experience in the service industry with demonstrated productivity/efficiency management skills

Valid driver license

Strong computer aptitude; experience with Microsoft Office

Bilingual

Automotive, Industrial or Power Generation certification/education

Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.

Knowledge of the industry and warranties an asset

Management / supervisory experience an asset
