Are you a calm, professional and self-motivated individual who is interested in working with an international firm? Our downtown client, a boutique international investment holding firm is looking for an Administrator/Communications Assistant to join their team to cover a maternity leave position. This also has the possibility of becoming a permanent role for the right fit.

Professional Capabilities

Responsibilities include office administration: answering the phones, some Accounts Payables and Receivables, greeting clients, filing, copying and ordering supplies. Communication/Marketing responsibilities include: managing social media feeds, tracking and evaluating performance, preparing designing and writing marketing material, managing design and printing of marketing material

Growth opportunity for someone with strong administration and marketing skills

Limited supervision – must also be willing to manage international communication with other offices

MS Office 365 experience an asset, Photo Shop, InDesign or Illustrator also an asset

Personal Qualities

Self motivated, responsible, structured with a strong ability to pay attention to details

Able to exercise confidentiality, allocate time effectively and manage tight deadlines

Fairly formal environment with ability to work with different cultures

Bachelor degree an asset

three to five years experience in marketing and administration
