We’re currently seeking Administrative Support Clerks for upcoming contract opportunities within various public sector departments at The Government of Nova Scotia across HRM .

Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones and responding to inquires
  • Preparing general correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining expense reports
  • Other clerical support as needed


  • Post-secondary education in business or office administration is an asset
  • At least 6 months reception experience
  • Professional demeanour
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
