Job Description:
Located in Winnipeg, Manitoba
Position Purpose:
The Branch Office Administrator’s primary role is to perform the day to day office functions within the Branch. These include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:

  • General office reception duties
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Branch Manager Support
  • Service Supervisor Support
  • Branch Invoicing
  • Assist with Payables/Receivables
  • Administer petty cash/Cash Register (where applicable)
  • Input technician’s timesheet data
  • Input technician’s expense data
  • Manage Branch Inbox
  • Service Supervisor support
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Branch filing
  • Other duties as assigned

These duties must be carried out and completed in a timely and accurate manner as certain deadlines must be met.

Job Requirements:
Education and Training
Completion of high school, College or University preferred

Technical Requirements:
Must be detail oriented, analytical and accurate.
Must possess good organizational, interpersonal and strong communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ability in problem solving and responsiveness to the branch needs.
Must be proficient in MS Office

Experience:
Should have a minimum of 2 years office administration experience

or proceed with Standard Application Form.
