Do you enjoy being the face of an organization? Do you have experience working with scheduling and service departments? Adecco, the world leader in human resource solutions is currently hiring a Service Administrator in Fort McMurray for our professional manufacturing client. This is a contract role for one year.

Service Administrator Responsibilities:

Work with Service Manager to coordinate activities of the service department
Schedule technical resources
Answer all incoming customer calls, emails and faxes
Issue and document purchase order requests
Place orders for parts
Answer questions regarding products
Provide shipping information
Trouble-shoot customer concerns
Perform any other administrative duties as required

Receptionist Role Qualifications:

Professional, concise verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel
1 year previous experience in a customer service/ administrative role
Previous scheduling experience
Knowledge of valves is an asset
