Adecco is currently recruiting for Receptionists and Office Administrators in Edmonton, Alberta for upcoming positions. To be successful in these roles, candidates are expected to be flexible and take direction well.

Your responsibilities may include:

Answering Switchboards
Screening and Directing Calls
Greeting and Directing Visitors
Input into In/Out Log Book
Incoming & Outgoing Mail Distribution
Maintain Manual Purchase Order Registry
Email Daily Employee Status Report
Type, File and All Other Tasks as Determined or Assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of High School Diploma.
At least one year of experience working in a clerical role.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
A strong team player who is career driven.
Access to reliable transportation would be considered an asset.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service would be considered an asset.
