Adecco is current recruiting for a Candidate or Designated (CRA/AACI) Property Appraiser in Sydney, NS for a well-established residential real estate property appraisal and consulting firm. This Candidate or Designated (CRA/AACI) Property Appraiser role requires the incumbent to possess a background in real estate and ideally have a minimum of 1 year of residential property appraisal experience while working toward their CRA Designation. Our client is operational in several locations in Eastern Canada and provides Contractors with the administrative, technical and accounting support required to become an industry leader in your market!

Candidate or Designated (CRA/AACI) Property Appraiser Responsibilities:
? Review and analyze client provided information, gather property specific data and complete site appraisals of residential properties in a timely and efficient manner
? Prepare and submit appraisal reports for processing

Qualifications:
? Minimum 1 year of work experience in residential property appraisals
? working toward your CRA Designation
? Valid driver?s license and access to a vehicle
? Intermediate skills in MSOffice applications
? Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
? Ability to work independently to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, product quality and attention to detail
