We have partnered with a fun and hip company located in downtown Vancouver who is looking for a Part Time Accounting Clerk to join their team. As the Part Time Accounting Clerk you will be responsible for the overall financial reporting and full cycle day to day accounting functions within the organization.

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:

-Manage and perform all accounting activities
-Cash flow reconciliation
-Manage A/R, contracts, invoicing and collection
-Provided detailed project reports
-Accounts payable maintenance
-Bank and ledger reconciliations
-GST/PST tax returns preparation and remittance
-Process payroll semi-monthly
-Timesheets management
-Perform and create management reports: financial statements, aging reports, job cost reports and project profitability
-Employee benefits
-Employee expenses
-Other reports requested by management

Accounting Clerk Qualifications:

-2-5 years related accounting or bookkeeping experience
-Excellent communications skills
-Experience with Quickbooks would be considered an asset
