We have a Client Service Representative job in Mississauga, ON. Our client is looking for a customer focused, detail-oriented, highly driven professional to join their team. To qualify for this position you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and previous call centre experience. This is a six month contract position with a pay rate of $13.45 per hour. The shifts for this position will be Mondays to Fridays and must be flexible with overtime up to 15 hours per week.

Client Service Representative job responsibilities:
• Manage inbound telephone interactions and provide consistent, exceptional service. Inquiries generally include: account information, questions on products, process and procedures and other related account issue
• Manage Outbound telephone NIGO (Not In Good Order) interactions , Provide Consistent, exceptional service
• Be flexible with overtime, especially during the RSP Season January through April
• Simple practices are preached and expected: have great conversations with customers, deal with issues immediately, offer reasonable time frames, deliver on these time frames even if the issue is not completely resolved, keep customers in the loop, etc…
• Adhere to schedules for shifts, training,
• Always be compliant on every inbound and outbound call to manage risk, i.e. perform security checks on every call
• Read and respond to emails and voicemails frequently
• Attend mandatory phone coaching on weekly basis
• Work on special projects between calls as assigned
• Make outgoing calls for clarification / confirmation with dealers
• Provide alternative methods to resolving rejected items with the best interest of the client and organization in mind
• Provide answers and solutions to rejected items both by verbal and written contact as required
Minimum Qualifications:
• Previous Call Centre experience
• High School diploma or GED required: College and University degree preferred.
• Previous financial industry experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Microsoft Office/ Outlook/ Window 7
• Competent in multiple computer applications
• Demonstrates the ability to identify and resolve problems
• Able to work in different Team settings
• Product Knowledge on the administrative functions of mutual funds
• Assist in Achieving / Driving Results for the department
• Ethical Standards/Acts with Integrity
• Able to Multi task and have a strong time management skills
• Attention to detail
