Adecco Employment Services, the world’s largest and most successful HR Solutions organization, is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Correspondence Administrator. We are currently recruiting for a temporary 3 month contract with one of our clients in Saint John, NB.

The successful candidate will join the accounts payable team. They will have excellent communication skills, extensive computer experience and superior organization skills. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and prioritize own work.

Correspondence Administrator Responsibilities:
– Open, print, and sort incoming mail and determine next steps for processing
– Validate meta data on invoices for electronic storage
– Action all vendor and business department inquires (email and phone) and prioritize requests based upon criticality
– Communicate issues and concerns to internal/external customers
– Special projects requirements
– Process invoices using scanning technology
– Check grants of authority on coded invoices

Correspondence Administrator Skills:
– Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience
– Minimum of 2 years’ previous finance experience, specifically in accounts payable would be considered an asset
– Excellent computer skills
– Intermediate MS excel skills
– Excellent time management and multitasking skills
– Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and credit check
