Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
– Greeting and direct clients and customers
– Filing, Scanning and Data Entry
– Creating, maintaining and updating of database type information
– Basic accounting including Invoicing, A/P and A/R
– Mail distribution
Administrative Associate Qualifications:
– High School Diploma
– At least 6month experience in an office environment
– Poste secondary education or classes are an asset
