Adecco Employment Services is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Administrative Assistant. We are currently recruiting for a Maternity Leave temporary contract with one of our clients here is Saint John, NB.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, extensive computer experience and be proficient in MS Office Suite. Superior organization skills. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
-Interfaces with the project construction coordinators to ensure coordination and implementation of construction site plans
-Support the Construction Supervisors and Contractors to resolve security and logistics issues.
-Monitoring and reporting on cost savings and avoidance of construction group
-Monitoring and reporting on non-operated equipment and construction support items
-Ensuring non operated equipment and facilities are mobilized, maintained and demobilized when no longer required
-Administrative tasks as required to support construction management team
-Can effectively plan and balance a rk load
-Work in a dynamic site construction environment
-Be able to work and provide deliverables on a timeline
-Office and outside plant work will be required
-Some overtime or weekend work may be required
-Proficient use of MS Office Suite is required
-Candidates who have knowledge of and can effectively utilize SharePoint to maintain a team site will be given preference.
-Experience with MS Project / Primavera scheduling and planning software are an asset
