Our client is an established supplier to the industrial and automotive sectors who, due to incredible growth and new clients, needs to bring in some added help for the invoicing and order entry departments. The company is quite conservative in their culture with strong family values environment which means that they provide breakfast for all their employees as well as lunch twice a month!
Although the role is starting out as temporary 20-30 hours a week, it’s likely that the right person will be hired on permanently and will enjoy a competitive compensation plan that includes monthly profit sharing.
Skills that will help you succeed in this Accounting Clerk in South Langley role:
- Experienced in Invoice matching
- Must have working knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel
- Full understanding of Accounts Payable processes
- Able to complete data entry with speed and accuracy
- Answer client billing enquiries
- Personable and professional;
- Fast Learner; can learn the in house system with training
We’ll make your trip downtown to interview with us worthwhile as we have free skills upgrading available to our temp associates and a benefit plan after 3 months (although you would probably be hired permanently by then)
