General Accountability:
Overall responsibility of Acrodex and Edmonton Technical Services Asset management process. Key contact for client reporting, billing reports and Azure consumption. Supporting Technical Services projects through documentation and business support. Key contact for special projects and project management support.

Specific Accountabilities:
1. Provides clear and accurate documentation
2. Delivers excellent customer service both in house and at client’s sites
3. Reporting on Cloud usage and provide reports to internal and external clients
4. Working with Procurement and logistics team on orders
5. Manage inventory and stock levels
6. Overall coordination of inventory in both operational, stock and surplus areas
7. Manage/track/update inventory for Acrodex internal and external clients with accurate figures and fields
8. Ship/receive IT equipment for building location/remote sites/vendors
9. Barcode and Label items as required
10. Coordinate deployment and installation tasks
11. Release proper equipment to technicians for deployment
12. Coordinate surplus removal and disposal of inventory items
13. Ensure the security and safety of all stored inventory
14. Reporting of operational and surplus inventory to management on weekly and monthly intervals
15. Coordinate Returning of the defective parts to the vendor/manufacturers as required
16. Some travel within Alberta may be required
17. Able to work overtime as required
18. Able to participate in an on call rotation if required
19. Able to work as part of a team; when required able to work independently with minimal supervision
20. Understands and demonstrates the willingness to promote Acrodex’s vision and values

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Skills & Abilities)
1. IT related Certificate or Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution preferred
2. 2+ years’ experience in an IT function
3. Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
4. Experience with Hardware procurement and technology
5. Experience with IT Asset Management
6. Experience with IT ticketing Systems and reports
7. Database experience or eagerness to learn
8. A+ or a Specific Hardware Certifications related to Acrodex clients is preferred
9. Other Hardware/Software Certifications would be an asset
10. Understanding Incident, Change and Asset Management
11. Current Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License and clean Drivers Abstract
