This position is a contract for a period of 12 months or more

The Marketing Associate project manager ensures the coordination of a portfolio of marketing projects to maintain, improve and expand the AbbVie Care HUMIRA marketing program service offering in close collaboration with the AbbVie Care HUMIRA and commercial leadership team.

The incumbent supports the brand team, field team, commercial team and advertising in the planning, implementation, organization, communication and logistics (including inventory management) of the AbbVie Care HUMIRA marketing tools. He/She is also responsible for supporting the AbbVie Care HUMIRA leadership team with special projects to improve customer focused promotional material.

Lead or support implementation of Marketing-led initiatives, including holistic, patient-focused solutions.

Support Marketing colleagues in the development of the strategic Brand Plan & and tactical plan.

Manage a portfolio of marketing tools, in close collaboration with the Sr. Brand Manager and each project lead (within and outside the AbbVie Care HUMIRA team) and external vendors. Keep the list of projects, tools and inventory requirements up to date, follow milestones and critical path and raise any flag as necessary.

Regularly monitor use and effectiveness of in field materials and propose improvements to Marketing & in Field Team (IFT) colleagues.

Inventory management of marketing tools for patients, field team and commercial reps with warehouse, co-packers and third party providers.

Review all Brand Team materials to ensure alignment and consistency with branding.

Development, implementation and measurement of tactics as defined in the brand tactical plan.

Lead or support implementation of Marketing-led initiatives, including multi-stakeholder initiatives; Managing partners, agencies and providers to deliver appropriate campaign content, Multi-channel and digital campaigns.

Actively engage with internal multiple stakeholders.
Support assessment of potential non-traditional partnerships; manage collaborations where required.
Support IFT in their tactical execution.
Support Marketing team with key performance indicators (KPI) monitoring, budget tracking as appropriate and manage marketing pieces inventory.
Operate within the guidance of all appropriate division and statutory business and regulatory requirements, including Ethics, Compliance and Code of Business conduct procedures and protocols.
Ensure the Brand managers are well prepared to roll out programs and tools on time

This role reports to the Sr. Brand Manager, AbbVie Care HUMIRA
Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or any related field

3 to 5 years of pertinent experience is required. This may be in a similar role with a combination of Pharma Sales. Experience in Specialty Sales is an asset
English, advanced level, oral and written
French, intermediate level, oral and written

Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Outlook and Internet.

Able to provide strong patient empathy and understanding of customer needs when developing tailored messages and materials

Demonstrates a patient-centric but broad view across all customers and stakeholders
Successfully manages projects & implements tactics, able to work independently but seek input at appropriate moments.

Effectively communicates and influences all external/internal stakeholders. Must be comfortable in a matrix environment.
